A few weeks ago, I mentioned that Wesley had his photo taken for a photo shoot. Check him out in the latest Anthology Magazine (Fall 2015)!  It is his editorial modeling debut.  In this living room shot, you can see how I mixed styles and time periods, all working together with a calming color palette. Once upon a time, Madeline married Louis.  They lived happily ever after. I just had this Louis XVI chair (once of my favorite styles) reupholstered in this incredible Madeline Weinrib ikat; what a stunning combination! I had envisioned this piece to keep all to myself for my office, but we are currently working with a […]

House Beautiful- October 2015

When House Beautiful asked to include me in their “Colors for Him” feature, I knew exactly what to suggest! It’s no secret that I love using black as an accent, but I think people shy away from using it in interiors because they are afraid it will be too overwhelming. I often paint interior doors […]

Sometimes it is so nice to get out of the hustle and bustle of the San Francisco and enjoy the peaceful setting. A few weekends ago, we packed up the car and headed to Mendocino. At least it was peaceful, until Wesley decided to try and befriend the local chipmunks.  Judging by their quick ascent […]

Check out these custom roman shades we just put in a client’s master bedroom! This color combination of white and midnight blue (almost black) detailing is timeless! We paired the geometric border on these to mirror the detail on their bedding.  It really dresses up a simple classic white linen roman shade.

This is a behind the scenes shot from a fun holiday photo shoot we recently did at MacRostie Winery. I shared a snap of the project with you a few months back right before their Grand Opening. You can check out more shots of this project on our newly updated website. This most recent shoot […]

Look at this adorable pair of custom Parson’s tables we had made for a client’s children’s play room! We had the Quadrille fabric laminated before the fabric was applied to cover the tables, so it can hold up the spills and scratches expected with daily use from the kids. The tables will be right at […]

There are a ways to bring greenery into your interior, especially for those you who, like me, have a “black thumb”.  This cactus only needs occasional watering and care. My kind of plant!

Here is a sneak peak from a photo shoot we recently completed; more photos will be on the website soon! This guest bath was one of our favorite spaces in this client’s project. We mixed three colors of Heath tiles for the patterned floor. We also designed the custom vanity with brass accents to give […]

This otherwise simple, white herringbone backsplash- for a kitchen got a vibrant jolt when a random blend of orange tiles was interspersed. We have been sketching it out to get just the right ratio and placement of the orange tiles. This might be one of my favorite tile layouts to date!
